A+ Performance was founded by Edwin Pavon and Veyra Martinez with a shared vision to create a more complete approach to personal care—bringing together skincare, grooming, nutrition, and wellness in one elevated experience.
Veyra is a professional esthetician, physical therapist, certified nutritionist, and certified hormonal health specialist with years of experience in skincare and wellness. Her approach looks beyond appearance, focusing on the connection between skin health, nutrition, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
Mauricio is a master and celebrity barber with more than 10 years of experience working closely with men and understanding their grooming and skincare needs. He is also a certified nutritionist and wellness coach, giving him a broader perspective on confidence, performance, and long-term wellness.
Together, they created A+ Performance to help people look better, feel better, and invest in who they are becoming.
Where A+ Skincare Began
Years behind the barber chair revealed a consistent problem: many clients struggled with irritation, sensitivity, dryness, and discomfort caused by shaving and daily grooming.
Combining real barber experience with professional esthetics and wellness knowledge, Veyra and Edwin developed A+ Skincare—an intentional collection created to calm, hydrate, protect, and support healthier-looking skin.
Although inspired by the needs seen behind the barber chair, the collection was designed for anyone seeking simple, elevated skincare that performs.
